## What is optional and paid

On the Empregare website, there are tools to help prepare your job search, such as resume analysis and interview simulator. Each has a free part, and the full report is paid separately, only if you want it. Payment is made within the tool itself, by Pix or credit card, one time only: there is no subscription or automatic charge.

## Never pay to apply

- Empregare does not charge anything for you to apply or participate in a selection process.
- Outside the payment screen of the tools, we do not ask for card or bank account details.
- If someone asks you for money to participate in a job, do not pay and use **Report this job**, with the reason **Job requires candidate payment**.
